# Trak

Trak is built and supported by a Melbourne team. It suits trade businesses running roughly 30 to 200 jobs a month, typically with 2 to 15 staff, though larger operations use it too.

- Pricing is A$1 per job created, + GST. There is no cost per user: staff and subcontractors can be added without changing the bill.
- Feature tiers sit on top of the per-job price: Basic (Free), Pro (A$79/month + GST), Premium (A$189/month + GST).
- Credits are consumed when jobs, sub-jobs and recurring jobs are created, when a job is shared with a contractor, and when SMS messages are sent.
- No lock-in contracts and no servicing fees. New accounts start with 5 free job credits.
- Support is over chat and email.
- The web app is at https://app.trak.co/login. There are native apps for iPhone and Android.
