How credits work
One credit comes off your account each time a new job, sub-job or recurring job is created. The same applies when you share a job with a contractor. Top up as you go, or set automatic top-ups so you don't run out mid-week.
SMS comes out of credits too
Texts sent from Trak are charged in credits. Depending on the length of the message, one can be as little as 15 cents, which is 0.15 credits.
Credits you've bought expire 24 months after purchase if they're unused. See the terms for the full detail.

Can I upgrade myself or do I have to upgrade my entire workspace?
You can upgrade your entire Trak workspace at any time from your account settings. The upgrade applies to all members in your workspace.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), as well as direct debit via bank transfer for annual plans.

What is your refund policy?
If you're not happy within the first 30 days, contact us for a full refund. No questions asked.

How am I billed when I add paid users to a workspace?
Trak doesn't charge per user. Your plan price stays the same regardless of how many staff or subcontractors you add.

What if I have multiple workspaces?
Each workspace is billed separately. Get in touch if you'd like to discuss enterprise or multi-workspace pricing.

What happens if I cancel?
You'll keep access until the end of your billing period. There are no lock-in contracts, so you can cancel any time.
