Trak's Latest Feature - Compliance Docs

If you want to be able to make sure that all of your team and contractors are fully qualified and certified to be on-site at a glance, then look no further than Trak's latest feature - Compliance Docs.

With Compliance Docs, you can set up aa field for all the certificates, qualifications and licenses that your team need to work for you and this will create a field in their Trak account where they can upload their documents, whether it's Work Cover, Driver's License, White Card or anything else you may need. You can also set whether the license is mandatory, has an issue and expiry date and get them to upload a photo of the document for further proof.

To ensure your team stays compliant, they will be unable to sign on to a job unless they have had their relevant docs submitted and approved and you will be notified when the expiry of those docs is coming up. You can even set certain docs to only be relevant to certain users or contractors depending on their service type, so you can set your Electrical License to only be needed by your Electrician subcontractors for example.
